About FOTS Rescue. We are a 501C Non-profit rescue that pulls from private citizens who are unable to care for their dog. Also, we have a Promise for Puppies Program in which we take unwanted litters and spay the mother dog absolutely free. We also have a low income, low cost spay/neuter program.
