Update: I decided to put my correct card info and submit. When it submitted the payment went through to my bank and then automatically refunded it and gave me the “good pop up”. The first pop up with incorrect card number said “ We’re unable to process your payment. Please select an alternate payment type.”.

I went took the car maybe 10 mins after taking my test and did the PVT. I got the good pop up. I was so excited because last time I tested at 8am, I got all 265 questions, finished in 3 hours, and checked the PVT immediately and it gave me the bad pop up. It constantly gave me the bad pop up and I learned that I failed 48hrs later.

This time around I just brushed up on all the notes i took from the first exam and really went over the safety/precaution content and lab values/importance of each. So definitely look over the "easier" content because that's definitely what messed me up the first time. This is accurate. So dont worry now.
