Could be a glitch in the computer or an actual problem. Don't think it effects the inspection sticker. If your BRAKE LIGHT on your dashboard stays on (not blinking) and #1 your master cylinder is full. #2 you have no air in your brake lines. #3 your brake pads are all good. Well chances are it's the ground wire.
