I have 2 795's and 3 702's. 1. IMO the 702 is a little more accurate. 2. The 702 sights are slightly better. The new 702's come with fiber optic sights, which are not as bright as the Williams sights that are available for the 795's. I prefer the fiber optic sights, but you could easily paint the fiber optic sights or otherwise modify them.
