You can try to clean the 2 green circuit boards and the 2 plastic brackets of the DFI sensor using isopropyl alcohol and a Q-Tip to remove any rust or dust from them. Hi all, I’ve been trying to troubleshoot my litter robot 3 for a while and the agent is always offline on the app so I can’t get any help on fixing it.
