I am not over the counter meds at the local supermarket or pharmcy is all that great or even safe. One advice would be to stay from high caffine stuff at least 4-6 hours before you go to bed. Just a quick note: I studied the arco book for the bus operator exam. It was nothing like the test. I studied the arco book for a fireman, it was nothing like the test.Go to the Amtrak guarded waiting area if it's open, it's only open to people with train tickets. I agree against sleeping there: sleep on the train if anything. If you're awake, the station should be fine, there are police in the Amtrak area.
