On both of my Hisense TVs (a 2020 H8 and 2021 U6G), apps sometimes randomly crash while playing a video. I notice this most often on YouTube, just because that's what I often have playing "background videos" while I work or whatever. It will be playing a video perfectly fine, and then, without warning, crash to the home screen.
