G29 feels more like a toy and is much louder. T150 is less powerful. For entry the G29 is more than enough and it's always better to buy new than used, especially if you find a good deal. If the wheel itself is on the same level, then I would only buy a thrustmaster pedal set. If you are on PC, just get a better set of pedals. Wheel isn't out, we don't know when it will be released and what it will actually be like, so no one can answer you. If the T248 is anything like the T150, then it’s not an upgrade.
