Applicants must have at least a 3.0 GPA and have completed 20-35 credits. Once accepted, Honors College students must take at least 13 honors-level credits during their year in the program and participate in social and cultural activities. Students receive a full scholarship (at the sponsoring-district rate).
The Eckardt Scholars Program is a highly selective and unique honors program in the College of Arts & Sciences. The program prioritizes intellectual curiosity, independent work, and close mentoring relationships between students and faculty.
